Guidelines:
Please no cheating.
While this should be common sense, we often find it simply isn't. "Cheating" refers to any action that allows you to have an unfair advantage over the competition as a whole. An example of cheating would be to offer people who vote for you an incentive for doing so. "Fair play" would be putting up a topic or notice on your forum asking your users to help support you. Here at Rank My Forum we enforce the "Cheaters never win" slogan, if you cheat we will remove your chances to rank well period.

Please no pornography communities.
While we fully realize that adult entertainment is perfectly legal, we find it to be distasteful for our topsite. If your forum offers an adult section you're fine to list with us, however if your site is fully aimed at providing such content we ask you do not join. Any banner showing pornography will be taken down and the account presenting it will be deleted on command. A quick Google search returns other sites for you to list on; http://tinyurl.com/2e6nclm

Please place your actual site title in the respected field.
When a user clicks your voting link they will be taken to the gateway page. On this page it will ask said user if they want to vote for your site, and it pulls the name from the "Website Title" field in your account. Far too often people want to place keywords such as "Forum Topsite" in place of their site title "Rank My Forum". You may place keywords in the description if you wish.
